Duties 

Transcriber 

Listen to oral histories and transcribe them to a typed document 

Farmhouse Flower Garden

Work with staff maintaining garden

Commissary Clerk 

Sell merchandise, answer questions, educate visitors

Farmhouse & Kitchen Maintenance 

Dust and clean as needed 

Farmhouse Vegetable Garden 

Work with staff planting and maintaining garden 

Invasive weed removal 

Remove invasive weeds such as coral ardisia or sword fern 

Docent 

Guide school age children on tours. Host station stops during special events.  

Crafts & Domestic Skills Group

Meet most Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. to carry on the traditional crafts

Publicity

Provide public service announcements to newspapers, magazines, television.
Work booths at festivals 

Musicians 

Play old-time music for visitors
